Natallia Hunik, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Advanced Markets Group discussed video marketing and pegged this as a must have for any 2021 strategy. Video being separated into short, viral style Tiktok or Instagram videos. Or more educational, meaningful YouTube playlists. Michalis Michael, Content Manager at Tickmill shared his insights surrounding CSR. He reiterated the need to be human and focus on authentic and meaningful content, video and social media. Anna Ilyukhina, Marketing Director at SwissChain discussed the need for social media interaction to cover the increased demand for social media support. she also emphasised the continued importance of PR, especially for new brokers.
